Nexus Energy Solutions is a renewable energy consulting firm established in 2009 with the goal of providing a seamless working relationship with clients in pursuing their development goals. At Nexus we provide a comprehensive set of services involving: Land Acquisition, Title Services and GIS mapping. By focusing our expertise around these core services, we are able to provide our clients with an in-depth knowledge of the components needed to make project acquisition a reality. With over a decade of experience, our team of dedicated professionals are the standard for hard work and great communication through all phases of project acquisition and development.

At Nexus, we provide a full range of comprehensive services, including, but not limited to – Land Acquisition, Title Services and GIS Mapping. We begin working with clients in the early stages of project conception providing due diligence and site evaluation and continue to assist and guide clients all the way through pre-development and construction. Our team has in-depth experience dealing with a wide variety of agreements including: easements, leases, options, ROW, collection, good neighbor, anemometer tower, permitting and curative title documents.

Brandon Noble
President
Brandon provides the company’s strategic leadership and is responsible for the operations of the business. He focuses on project initiation and overall management, budget-monitoring, business development, and growing relationships with their existing renewable energy clientele. He has an extensive background in land acquisition and real estate transactions for renewable energy development including title research, lease agreements, ROW, easements, options, contracts, purchases, and permitting. Brandon’s experience is supported by a Master of Business Administration degree (M.B.A.) with an emphasis in Finance from the University of South Dakota.
Jesse Trudeau
Vice President
Jesse has in-depth experience in land acquisition and project management across the United States including land agent coordination and supervision, real estate transactions including land lease negotiations, curative work, options, contracts, title research, construction and pre-development solutions, and anemometer tower permitting. Jesse’s experience is supported by a Bachelors degree in Environmental Science with emphasis in Microbiology from Montana State University.
